By COLIN NG AND PHILIP VAHN SINGAPORE -- Asian stock markets were mixed Wednesday with the Shanghai and Hong Kong bourses were being dragged lower by losses in banking stocks on renewed concerns over tighter controls on lending growth. The Shanghai Composite Index was 1.0% lower and Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index fell 1.4%.
